250 ocean lovers brought together.
And above all, a growing level of engagement, year after year.
Each year, more of you join us in taking action.
More curious, more aware, more committed.
What a heartwarming feeling!
This collective momentum, this attention to the projects, this desire to take action—
it’s far more than encouraging: it’s what drives us forward.
This evening wouldn’t have been the same without you.
And to those who elevate every detail:
📸 Pauline Suc, for capturing the essence,
🎥 Studio Allegoria, for making the magic last,
📍 Casa DELAUZE, for this unique venue by the sea,
🍽 Traiteur La Truffe Noire, for bringing everyone together around taste,
🎛 SOLIVE, for the technical side—lighting, music, everything that enhanced the evening.
A highlight of the evening as well, with 1% for the Planet France and the presentation of a €370,000 check—the result of years of collaboration.
🎨 And a big THANK YOU as well to the artists, ambassadors, and partners for the exceptional contributions.
Thanks to you, nearly €40,000 was raised for the scientific projects we support—the equivalent of funding one full project for a year, in a single evening!

Today is World Ocean Day.
Today is World Ocean Day.
A day that, as you know, means a great deal to us.
And this year, an announcement that is close to our hearts.
This June 8, Virtual Regatta launches Ocean Together:
a unique event bringing together 7 NGOs committed to protecting the ocean through a single virtual race.
Here, there’s no competition between organizations.
The idea is simple: unite forces, raise awareness, and mobilize a broad community around a shared challenge – the preservation of the ocean.
Sailing is an integral part of Pure Ocean’s DNA.
Since our beginnings, we have relied on athlete ambassadors to carry our message.
Taking part in this race alongside other committed NGOs therefore has a very special meaning for us.
Sign up now and get ready for the race start on June 18!
A 1,050-mile course in the Mediterranean, starting from Marseille!
At stake: the top player from each NGO will become a certified eSkipper and represent their organization in the Virtual Route du Rhum 2026.
Thank you, Virtual Regatta, for this visibility.
So, are you ready to represent marine conservation?
No matter which organization you choose: what matters most is taking action.
And flying the Pure Ocean colors means supporting innovative scientific solutions to protect the ocean.
Join Ocean Together on Virtual Regatta.
Flor Do Mar wins the Gold Trophy at the Green Deauville Awards!
Flor Do Mar wins the Gold Trophy at the Green Deauville Awards!
In the Seas, Oceans and Aquatic Environments category, this distinction highlights far more than just a film: a collective achievement.
A huge congratulations to Zeke Film, the directing duo Roxane and Ugo, who brilliantly showcased science through this film!
Flor Do Mar, our Pure Ocean Documentary 2025, takes us to the heart of the Regen Ocean Farms project, led in Brazil by Francimeire from the BKK Institute and supported by our donors since 2024.
A project that proves ocean regeneration can be: ecological
economically viable
deeply human
This recognition celebrates the remarkable work of Francimeire, who leads this ambitious project in the field, as well as Zeke Film, who bring global visibility to local solutions.
A collective award that truly means a lot to us.
Thank you to the Green Deauville Awards jury for this strong recognition.
Pure Ocean Cup for Biodiversity
During the World Conservation Congress, take part in sailing for the protection of marine biodiversity.
Departing from Marseille’s Old Port, take part in a unique regatta combining science, sporting challenge, and ocean protection in support of Pure Ocean.
The “PURE OCEAN CUP FOR BIODIVERSITY,” an engaging and fun regatta, is an opportunity to raise awareness and mobilize companies around the ocean and its preservation during the World Conservation Congress.
The Pure Ocean Cup for Biodiversity will take place alongside the IUCN World Conservation Congress, held in Marseille from September 3 to 11, 2021. A conference on the challenges of ocean research for the protection of marine ecosystems, along with discussions on current issues addressed during the Congress, will be an integral part of our event—ensuring participants are fully engaged with these crucial topics.

There are lives that change through contact with the ocean.
There are lives that change through contact with the ocean. Sofiane Benyahia’s is one of them.
For eight years beneath the surface, Sofiane experienced what few human beings ever do: more than 10,000 hours immersed in the silence of the underwater world. An extraordinary journey that shaped his relationship with life itself.
It was as a submariner that he first encountered this silent, little‑known, almost unreal world — a universe that profoundly shaped his bond with the ocean and the living world.
After this first life beneath the surface, he stepped out of his metal bubble to discover freediving: a conscious immersion that reconnected him with his body, his breath, and nature. 🫧
This revelation led him on a freediving journey around the world, exploring the ocean… and its fragility.
🎨 Today, Sofiane is a committed underwater artist.
Painting, analog photography, dance ➡️ all created entirely in freediving.
Each immersion becomes a work of art carrying a powerful message: slow down, breathe, reconnect with the ocean.
Through his extraordinary path, he embodies an intimate and mindful relationship with the marine world.
Committing alongside us as an ambassador — to raise awareness and support the urgent need to preserve marine ecosystems through science — was an obvious choice for him.
🩵 Welcome, Sofiane.
We are incredibly proud to welcome this multi‑faceted ambassador into the Pure Ocean Lovers family.
Sometimes, we have to go very far to change the way we see what we risk losing here.
Sometimes, we have to go very far to change the way we see what we risk losing here.
The Artemis II mission and its stream of stunning images remind us just how fragile the Earth is.
Seen from space, it is no longer a territory to be exploited,
but a living, finite, delicate world.
A planet shaped by water.
By the ocean.
Immense, structuring, essential to life…
and yet still largely unknown.
Less known today than the space we actively explore.
This contrast raises questions.
We dream of space conquest,
while what truly matters is unfolding here, on our own planet.
At Pure Ocean, we support those who observe, measure, and document every day the pressures that weaken this balance.
These images from so far away are not just a source of wonder.
They remind us of the value of this living world
and the responsibility that comes with this perspective.
Thank you to our patrons for their commitment alongside the scientists who work every day to preserve this fragile heritage.

The Sage Tour for Pure Ocean is back for its 2nd edition.
The Sage Tour for Pure Ocean is back for its 2nd edition.
For the past two years, Sage and the Sage Foundation have been working alongside Pure Ocean, choosing to go beyond financial support:
bringing their teams on board, raising their awareness of ocean conservation issues through scientific talks, all the way to taking action in the field.
From this ambition was born a bold idea: the Sage Tour for Pure Ocean.
♻️ A tour of France focused on waste collection, carried out with Sage Group agencies.
🎯 10 agencies registered, 10 clean‑ups. Hundreds of people involved.
🔙 From the very first edition, team engagement was strong:
8 agencies mobilized, more than 300 employees involved, and nearly 3 tonnes of waste collected.
➡️ This year again, Sage confirms its commitment alongside us.
Following an awareness‑raising webinar, employees discovered the projects supported and chose their favorite:
🌱 Bioplastics from the deep.
Then, it was time to take action.
Collect, understand, act. 🧤♻️
The first stop got off to a very strong start.
📍 In Lacanau, with the Bordeaux agency, on Friday, April 3:
90 employees mobilized, 7,500 liters of waste collected, less than 100 meters from the ocean — waste that will never reach the sea. 🙌
A launch that illustrates a long‑term partnership and shows how corporate engagement can translate into simple, collective, and concrete action.
A huge thank you to Sage. Seeing so many employees take action in the field truly brings meaning to this partnership and to our mission.
