An exceptional evening!

A vibrant moment of conviviality and generosity, in a magical setting overlooking the Mediterranean, we couldn’t have dreamed of a better way to celebrate the ocean! Organized by Pure Ocean, this unique event took place on Tuesday June 4, 2024 on the roof terrace of the Mucem in Marseille, privatized to support ocean research.

The ocean’s situation is becoming ever more critical, and the pressures it faces ever greater. Our climate regulator, our blue lung, our carbon sink, our nourishing sea – yes, our ocean – has never been in greater need of protection.

This year, even more players joined forces to offer exceptional lots for sale at the auction, which was a real success! All profits from sales will be used to fund innovative and ambitious scientific research projects.

The evening was an opportunity to honor the ocean, but also and above all to work for its protection.

Together to preserve the ocean!

On June 8, 2022, Pure Ocean organized its Gala evening to benefit the ocean.

The evening included a gala dinner and an auction for the benefit of the ocean.

At a time when the state of the ocean is critical and deserves all our attention, Pure Ocean wanted the second edition of the auction to be placed under the theme of celebrating the ocean.

Indeed, this date was chosen because June 8 is World Ocean Day.

Many of the ocean’s key players have come together to offer unique lots for sale at the auction. As well as acquiring an exceptional object or experience, the buyer is also helping to protect the ocean. In fact, all profits from sales were donated to Pure Ocean, and used to fund innovative and ambitious scientific research projects.

The evening was an opportunity to honor the ocean, but also and above all to work for its protection.
