Course Croisière Edhec X Pure ocean

EDHEC Sailing Cup partners with Pure Ocean

For its 55th edition, the EDHEC Sailing Cup is committing to ocean protection by supporting Pure Ocean!

Nearly 1,800 students will have the opportunity to compete:

  • during “La Course”, a sailing regatta;
  • or through independent sports competitions born from the merger of the Trophée Terre and Trophée Sable: the “Défis by CCE” (Trail/Triathlon, Beach Soccer, Beach Rugby, Foil).

There’s something for everyone!

The EDHEC Sailing Cup is reducing its environmental impact

In terms of environmental responsibility, the EDHEC Sailing Cup launched its “Green Project” in 2020 to reduce its carbon footprint. Waste sorting and the use of eco-cups, reusable bottles, and pocket ashtrays are encouraged. The event also measures its carbon footprint to minimize its environmental impact and continue its commitment to future generations.

Un Think Tank dédié aux enjeux de l’océan

Pour sensibiliser les visiteurs et les participants à la protection de la biodiversité marine, la Course Croisière EDHEC organise pour la première fois depuis sa création un Think Tank.

This project will take shape through an event tent entirely dedicated to raising participants’ awareness of major socio-environmental challenges. Each day, a conference will be held on the Village Day stage.

Visitors and participants will be able to find Pure Ocean there on Thursday, April 20!
